The products are good materials but the ava toy had faded coloring around the nipples and vagina area so it didn't feel like it was new. The worst was packaging, there was nothing inside to help it from moving around, I could feel the toy thrashing around in the box while carrying it even the delivery lady slammed my order on the ground super loud I thought it was like a gun shot in front of my house.
