Is the packaging discreet?

We make every effort to ensure your privacy is protected. Your order will arrive in a simple brown box with no mention of SEX on the outside.
Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 business hours and shipped within 48-72 business hours. If there is a delay, it might be due to peak seasons or special circumstances. We will process your order as soon as possible. You can contact us for the delay reason at any time.
How can I track my package?

After your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number. You can just click on the tracking number to check or use this number on the carrier's website to check the status of your package. Please note that it is normal for the tracking information to not update for 1-3 business days while the package is in transit to the courier. If there is no update for an extended period, please contact us.
My package shows as delivered, but I haven’t received it.

If your package is marked as delivered on the carrier’s website but you have not received it, please check locations such as your porch, backyard, garage, or any place where the package might have been left. Also, ask anyone who might have picked it up for you. If you still cannot find it, please contact the carrier and inform us so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
What should I do if the item I received is damaged or wrong item?

All products are thoroughly inspected and securely packaged before shipment. If the outer box is opened or the product’s packaging is damaged. Please immediately take photos or videos as evidence and check the inner packaging for damage. File a claim with the carrier and contact us if further assistance is needed. If there is no problem with the outer package, but the product is damaged or wrong, please take a photo or video immediately and send the picture or video as well as the order number to the customer service, we will deal with it for you within 48 hours.
How do I return or exchange an item?

To return an item, please contact us via email at daisy@mrlsexdoll.com. Do not return the item without authorization, as the address on the package cannot be used for returns or exchanges. We will handle your request promptly based on your email. Please ensure the internal plastic packaging of the doll remains intact.
