After-sales Service

We take the quality of our products very seriously and each doll is thoroughly inspected before it leaves the factory. After receiving the doll for the first time, if there is any defect or damage, please contact us immediately by sending your order ID, product picture or video to our customer service (daisy@mrlsexdoll.com), we will find the best solution for you as soon as possible.

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced.

In order to cancel an order successfully, the customer must inform our customer service (daisy@mrlsexdoll.com) of the decision to cancel the order as soon as possible with a clear statement.

Please note that once the package is shipped from our warehouse (i.e., we send you the tracking number), the order cannot be cancelled.

Products Return

As long as your MRLSEXDOLL products are unopened and unused, you can return them within 15 days.

The refund period will expire after 15 days from the day on which customers acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by customers acquires, physical possession of the products.

If customers want to return the products to us, customers shall send back the products to our warehouse in the same condition in which it was received. There is no right of return when the packaging are no longer in their original, complete, undamaged and unused state. (Please note that for hygiene reasons, we will not accept the return of the product once the plastic bag has been opened, unless the product is found to be defective or broken when it is unpacked)

Please note that an item is not deemed defective just because you do not like it after you receive it or use it. Due to the nature of the products and their usage, we cannot offer a refund in these situations.

Return processing time: 3-5 business days 

Cost of return:Customers will have to bear the direct cost of returning the items. We may hold the refund until we receive the returned products. We will deduct reasonable customs taxes and domestic delivery freight in the refund according to the actual situation.

Return address: Please contact customer service and provide your address, we will give you the address of the warehouse closest to you. If the package was sent directly from China, you will be responsible for international shipping charges and taxes.

Please note that customer must confirm the return process with our customer service before returning the package. 

Order Refund:

1. If the customer cancels the order before shipment, we will make a full refund for all payments received from customers.

2. We will arrange a refund for the customer after receiving the returned products and completing the product inspection.

Refund instructions:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, your payment will be returned to your credit card or paypal (according to your payment method).

3. If there appears to be a defect or damage of the product after receiving the product, please contact us immediately by sending pictures or video to our customer service daisy@mrlsexdoll.com. Once we confirm that the product has a problem, we will refund or exchange. These problems will be solved within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact our Customer service at daisy@mrlsexdoll.com
