Returns Policy

Order Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel the order please contact our customer service terry@mrlsexdoll.com, you can directly cancel the order within 24 hours after placing the order, more than two days after placing the order, the parcel has been sent in the case of the need to intercept the parcel, if the interception is successful, we will be based on the actual situation in the refund by deducting part of the parcel to return the postage. If the parcel fails to intercept successfully, please refer to the following return policy.

Unconditional Refund

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 15 days after delivery the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service email to terry@mrlsexdoll.com , make sure you send the package to the right address，and get a return authorization number.

Return Address: Please contact customer service and provide your address, we will give you the address of the warehouse closest to you.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fee. We will deduct a reasonable shipping fee from the refund according to the actual situation.

Refunds And Returns For Conditions

Within 30 business days, if the product has the following problems, we will allow the refund or exchange of the product :
(1)The product has the wrong size and cannot be used. (2)The Product color error. (3)The product does not match the description on the website.
Please provide photo and send it to terry@mrlsexdoll.com Once we confirm that the product has a problem, we will refund or exchange. These problems will be solved within 3-5 business days.

Refund instructions
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, your payment will be returned to your credit card or paypal (according to your payment method).

Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact our Customer service at terry@mrlsexdoll.com

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We cooperate with major and trusted international carriers UPS,FedEx, DHL to ensure your package arrives to your destination fast and affordable.

Due to Mexican customs regulations prohibiting the import of adult products, we have partnered with a shipping company that offers customs clearance and duty-paid services. This service is available only once a week, with orders cut off on Monday and shipped out on Friday. The estimated delivery time for this service is approximately 12-17 business days. If you prefer to receive your package more quickly and are willing to pay the customs duties, you can choose to have your order shipped via commercial express services such as DHL or UPS. The estimated delivery time for commercial express shipping is around 7 business days. To select this option, please indicate your preference in the order notes at checkout.
