Order Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel the order please contact our customer service daisy@mrlsexdoll.com, you can directly cancel the order within 24 hours after placing the order, more than two days after placing the order, the parcel has been sent in the case of the need to intercept the parcel, if the interception is successful, we will be based on the actual situation in the refund by deducting part of the parcel to return the postage. Unconditional Refund

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 15 days after delivery the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping fee. We will deduct a reasonable shipping fee from the refund according to the actual situation.

Refunds And Returns For Conditions

Within 30 business days, if the product has the following problems, we will allow the refund or exchange of the product :
(1)The product has the wrong size and cannot be used. (2)The Product color error. (3)The product does not match the description on the website.
Please provide photo and send it to daisy@mrlsexdoll.com Once we confirm that the product has a problem, we will refund or exchange. These problems will be solved within 3-5 business days.
